We are looking for Junior Business Analysts (up to3 years of experience) to join a dynamic international Data & Referential teamresponsible for managing and delivering high-quality Master Data role is ideal for professionals at the beginning of their careers who wantto grow in data analysis governanceand information systems within a structured global environment.

Weare not looking for a junior profile but a junior Business Analyst with abackground in other related areas.

Important: Candidates must demonstrate strong English communication skills(French is a plus) and genuine interest in dataanalysis and business processes.

About the Role

You will support the governance and maintenanceof reference data systemsused across global domains such as Finance Risk and HR. The Referential teammanages and ensures data consistency quality and accessibility serving as acornerstone for the organizations operational and reporting processes.

The position involves close collaboration withbusiness users and IT teams to maintain high data quality standards designprocess improvements and support system evolutions.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain referential databases(data creation modification parameters)

Ensure consistency and accuracy of data enteredby business users and entities

Monitor data sourcing and analyze rejected dataescalating inconsistencies to stakeholders

Provide user support resolve production issuesand manage access requests

Participate in incident and change managementprocesses

Support new feature implementation andproduction go-live validation

Prepare reports and contribute to data qualitymonitoring and improvement

Collaborate with business and IT teams to defineand validate new requirements

Technical Skills

Solid understanding of data management data processing and data quality principles

Basic experience with SQL / database management

Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Knowledge of IT systems and data governanceconcepts

Languages

English Fluent (mandatory)

French Basic knowledge (nice to have)
