Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyse customer requirements specifications and technical requirements.
- Prepare Inspection & test plans and different testing procedures.
- Performing product Inspection and testing as per the ITP drawing Data sheets and meeting the customer-specified requirements.
- Performing product inspection offering inspection stages to the customer inspector.
- Monitoring product welding requirements based on WPS and PQR.
- Reviewing material certificates as per material specifications product data sheets.
- Performing NDE (RT MPT VT LPT etc.) examinations.
- Preparing quality dossiers as per the Inspection & test plan.
- Handling Internal & External audits.
- Co-ordination with internal and inter-department team members.
- Coordinating with Customer and External parties & extending support as & when required.
- Identifying Root cause and corrective action for NCRs and customer complaints related to orders.
- Oversee continuous improvement projects.
- Complying with Enpros Vision Mission Values and objectives
- Closure of action points from MRM and customer / third-party audits.
Pedigree:
1.Bachelors in mechanical engineering.
