Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager Integration Specialist Agentic AI
In this role youll be part of Genpacts transformation under GenpactNext as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutionsdomain-specific autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. Youll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.

Responsibilities
API Integration: Assist in managing and optimizing API integrations to ensure seamless connectivity between systems and applications while also troubleshooting any integration issues that may arise.
Middleware Technologies: Implement and maintain middleware solutions to facilitate communication and data exchange across platforms ensuring reliable information flow.
Data Synchronization: Support data synchronization processes to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems actively monitoring synchronization jobs for any discrepancies.
Enterprise Service Bus (ESB): Utilize ESB for efficient routing and processing of messages between applications helping to reduce latency and improve system efficiency.
Message Queuing: Implement message queuing systems to enhance reliability and scalability of data transmission ensuring messages are reliably delivered in a timely manner.
Event-driven Architecture: Contribute to the design and management of event-driven architectures to enable responsive and scalable system interactions promoting real-time data processing.
Microservices Integration: Assist in the integration of microservices to support modular and flexible application development ensuring efficient communication between services.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including development product management and operations to align integration efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Understanding of data synchronization techniques and principles.
Experience with enterprise service bus (ESB) technologies and message queuing systems.
Basic knowledge of event-driven architecture and microservices integration.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and services such as AWS Azure or GCP.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with strong time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Proven hands-on experience in API design and development using RESTful and SOAP services.
Understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
Experience in AI/ML product development or knowledge of AI technologies is a plus.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices related to integration and data exchange.
