Ideally strong automotive experience and interest for the automotive industry.

• Strong agency financials experience

• Comfortable scoping retainers and projects

• Comfortable managing projects against scoped budget/hoursmonitoringand managing burn rate

• Line management and mentoring experience

• Organisation:

• Strong project management skills with experience managing budgets timelines and teams.

• Skilled at putting into place efficient ways of working.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Collaboration:

• Ability to work collaboratively across creative strategy and production teams.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Communication:

• Excellent client relationship management skills with the ability to lead and influence stakeholders.

• Strong writing and communication skills.

• Confidence and willingness to present to colleagues and clients.

• A keen eye for design and branding ensuring content aligns with client brand guidelines.

• Passionate aboutsocial media creativity and audience engagement.

Experience

• Approxfive years in Client Services within an agency

• Strong experience in social content marketing preferably within an agency setting

• Expertisein content strategy digital marketing and multi-platform social media campaigns.

• Proficiencyinsocial/media measurement and research tools such asBrandwatch Meltwater Sprinklr etc.

• Experience with delivering social & campaign reporting succinctly delivering key learnings and insights.

• Experience with and understanding of working with influencers/on influencer campaigns.

• Knowledgeand experience of other digital marketing media and channels abonus e.g. Search Paid Social Display etc.
