As a PSI Worker at Change Grow Live your focus will be on developing and delivering group/pod work programmes. You will work with other programme facilitators and professionals within your project to design and deliver groups/pods using evidence based practice covering the most appropriate issues to your service users.

Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week
Full Time Salary Range:27861..35*
Contract: Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2026.
*Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
Responsibilities
About the role:
- Provide core psychosocial interventions relevant to drug and alcohol recovery including 1:1 key work pod/ group based work harm minimisation and brief interventions
- Participate in multi-disciplinary assessments risk management and planning using whole person and trauma- informed approaches
- Work in collaboration with prescribing and clinical colleagues to support the delivery of specialist interventions
- Support with onward referral to a range of treatment and community support agencies
About you:
- Experience of working with groups/ pods and managing group dynamics such as conflict and challenging behaviour
- Ability to identify the needs of groups
- Knowledge of CBT REBT drug and alcohol recovery work
- Experience of Motivational Interviewing and Psycho Social Interventions
- Experience of how to work with challenges associated with substance and alcohol use e.g. cravings and triggers.
