Position Overview

Weare looking for aBusiness Analyst tosupport our team inidentifying client needs defining project scopes and crafting tailored software solutions. Inthis role you will collaborate with stakeholders conduct discovery sessions and translate business requirements into actionable proposals. You will work closely with technical teams toensure feasibility and assist increating high-quality presentations proposals and cost estimates. The ideal candidate has astrong background inIT outsourcing consulting software development and pre-sales processes along with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the sales team tounderstand client needs and craft tailored solutions.
Conduct discovery sessions with clients togather business and technical requirements.
Translate business needs into high-level solution concepts scope documents and feature lists.
Develop presentations proposals cost estimates and technical documentation for clients.
Collaborate with technical teams (developers solution architects) todefine the best approach for each project.
Assist increating Proof ofConcepts (PoC) orprototypes when required.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based onclient needs.

Requirements:

Core Skills:

4years ofexperience asaBusiness Analyst with atleast 2years inapre-sales role orasaConsultant
Strong understanding ofIT outsourcing software development lifecycle (SDLC) and delivery models (Agile Scrum Waterfall).
Experience working with enterprise clients and custom software development projects inindustries such asFinTech and AI.
Proven experience ingathering and analyzing client requirements preparing proposals and assisting inthe sales process.
Strong ability todefine project scope functional requirements and business objectives.
Understanding ofAPIintegrations cloud solutions and software architectures (would beaplus).
Proficiency indiagramming tools (e.g. BPMN UML Figma Miro).
High proficiency inPowerPoint/Google Slides for presentations and Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Ability toestimate timeframes costs and resource needs for projects

Communication &Soft Skills:

Exceptional communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
Ability tosimplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive detail-oriented and capable ofworking independently inafast-paced environment.
English and German Level C1at least.
