TheCatholic Independent Schools of the Vancouver Archdiocese (the CISVA) operates 46 schools 40 elementary and6 high schools. Assumption Catholic School is located in Powell River BC. Our tight knit faith based school community enrolls approximately 100 students from Kindergarten to Grade 7 taught by our vibrant staff. Powell River is a beautiful community of approximately 13000 residents located in the Traditional Territories of the ɬaʔamɩn First Nation.

Assumption Catholic School isseeking a Full-TimeEducational Assistant effective December 1 2025 to June 25 2026. Candidates will be capable of working collaboratively with teachers students parents and fellow EAs. The successful applicant will bring creativity and enthusiasm to the job and be willing to work in a variety of settings and with a variety of students with varying special needs.
