Whilst implementing best practice curriculum in teaching areas to support the physical social emotional and cognitive needs of the students you will work collaboratively with the campus Curriculum Coordinator to achieve the aims and objectives of the school and develop cooperative relationships that ensure the smooth operation of the Secondary will also work collaboratively with the pastoral care coordinator to ensure the wellbeing of TAS students.
In addition to a strong commitment to continuous improvement in conjunction with the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers (AITSL) you will apply the Art and Science of Teaching (ASOT) by Robert Marzano and Essential Skills of Classroom Management (ESCM) which underpin the schools pedagogical management approach.
