Job Summary
The purpose of this position is to spread the message of the restored Church of Jesus Christ around the world. This is accomplished in part through the creation of engaging unified messaging with greater reach and efficiency. Church messages are delivered via television film web print mobile social media and other delivery channels in multiple languages. We always seek new improved and more innovative ways to bring the world unto Christ.
Responsibilities
Define and uphold a strong cohesive visual identity across all communication channels and event environments.
Develop creative concepts and design solutions for campaigns publications presentations promotional materials and event branding.
Provide art direction for video graphics illustrations photography layout and stage/environment design.
Collaborate with Event Producers/Organizers to design the visual theme branding and audience experience for events (e.g. conferences devotionals launches trainings).
Oversee the creation of event-related materials such as banners backdrops digital screens motion graphics stage design concepts print programs badges signage and décor.
Ensure design concepts align with venue requirements production limitations cultural considerations and logistical constraints.
Coordinate with vendors printers or stage/AV teams to ensure accurate production and installation of event visuals.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Fine Arts Visual Communication Graphic Design Multimedia Arts or related field.
46 years of experience in visual design creative leadership branding or event design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in layout design branding systems and environmental/event visual design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and other professional design tools; familiarity with large-format printing and digital display formats is an advantage.
Experience collaborating with production vendors stage/AV teams and event management teams.
Strong leadership communication and project management skills.
