Were looking for an experienced and customer-focused Business Centre Manager to join a leading automotive group representing one of the worlds most recognised brands.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with motor trade experience who thrives on building lasting relationships driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service. Youll take ownership of developing and maintaining a strong client base leading from the front in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business clients.
Plan and execute daily sales activities including prospecting and new business development.
Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiate pricing and finance options while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Prepare proposals and present tailored solutions to customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and monitor performance against targets.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
The Ideal Candidate:
Motor trade experience is essential ideally within sales fleet or business development.
A confident communicator who enjoys engaging with customers and building rapport.
Highly organised proactive and target-driven.
Numerically strong with excellent attention to detail.
