Role Purpose
We areseekinga highly motivated and collaborative Business Analyst to supportour Procurement Transformation programme. The Business Analyst is accountable for surfacing understanding and documenting business processes & requirementsidentifyingareas for improvement and ensuring that business and programme needs are met through process improvements or strategic changes. This role strategically bridges between business needs andoperationalsolutions ensuring alignment between businessobjectivesand project work.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Elicit document andvalidatebusiness requirements from stakeholders across multiple departments and organizational levels including the facilitation of workshops and interviews
Analysecurrent business processesidentifyinefficiencies and design improved workflows and operating models
Support end-to-end project delivery ensuring alignment between business requirements and operational capabilities
Conduct impact analysis process mapping and gap analysis for procurement systems and workflows
Assistwith testing activities including the creation of test scenarios and validation of results
Support implementation and post-launchvalidation activities
Skills & Capabilities
Minimum 2 years ofexperience in a business analyst rolein a corporate environmentis
Experience in the technology gamingorgambling industries would be a plus
Business analysis certifications (CBAP CCBA PMI-PBA) or relevant industry certificationswould be a plus
Proventrack recordofgathering requirements and defining scope forsystems oroperating model transformations large-scale process improvements or organizational change initiatives
Experience working on initiatives focused on user experience would be a plus
Proficiencyin business analysis methodologies (e.g. BABOKBPMNAgile BA practises)and tooling (e.g. VISIOLucid Miro)
Experience with project managementmethodologies (e.g.Waterfall Agile) andtooling (e.g. JIRA Confluence Asana)
Excellent written and verbal communication skillswithan attention to detail
Ability to elevate analysis and reporting throughdatavisualisationinsightand storytelling
Comfortable navigating afast-pacedglobal organisation and collaborating with multi-functional teams
Strong problem-solvingand analytical skills
