Job Summary

Do you want to join a global fund manager in energy infrastructure investments If so Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) is currently looking for a Head of Global Events to join our team based in Copenhagen Denmark.

Role

As Head of Global Events you will oversee the full lifecycle of CIPs flagship events from strategy and concept development to effective on-site execution across multiple regions. You will lead a skilled Events team (based in Copenhagen) and collaborate closely with Communications Public Affairs Investor Relations and leadership to ensure our events reflect CIPs global standards of quality precision and purpose.

Responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing a cohesive global event strategy aligned with corporate priorities.
  • Leading the planning and execution of major events; Internal and externalevents and regional gatherings across Europe North America and Asia.
  • Managing relationships with venues production partners and key suppliers.
  • Overseeing event communications design and on-site experience in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensuring consistent brand representation sustainability integration and operational excellence.
  • Managing budgets and timelines across multiple simultaneous projects.

You

You are a strategic and creative leader with good operational instincts and a sharp eye for detail. You thrive in an international challenging environment where high standards and collaboration lead to effective outcomes. You have a relevant education and 810 years of experience in large-scale corporate events in a global context.

We look for the following in a candidate:

  • Ability to lead teams manage complex logistics and deliver world-class experiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills and a calm professional presence amid tight deadlines.
  • Adept in project-management and budget-controlling.
  • Advanced communication skills in English (Danish is beneficial)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint); professional PowerPoint skills are essential.
  • Ability to create clear visually appealing one-pagers and proposals.
  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe InDesign Photoshop and Canva is highly desirable.
