Join Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network as the Business Manager - Medical Services and lead the management development and optimisation of medical workforce operations. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to influence regional health service delivery drive innovation and support high-performing medical teams - all with flexible work location options across the Adelaide Hills Fleurieu or Barossa regions.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE

  • Lead medical workforce planning rostering recruitment credentialing and training programs.
  • Manage and mentor the Medical Administration team ensuring high-quality performance and development.
  • Drive business improvement change management and project implementation aligned with organisational goals.
  • Engage with clinical and executive stakeholders to deliver innovative effective and efficient medical services.
