Job Summary
Were looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our busy head office team in Cork on a fixed-term contract. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced retail support environment with the potential for a permanent position in the new year.
What Youll Do:
Provide excellent customer service by responding to queries via phone and email.
Handle customer orders returns and general enquiries efficiently and professionally.
Support the sales team with product information and order processing.
Ensure every customer has a positive experience with our brand.
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role is an advantage.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Confident using email and telephone to handle customer queries.
Positive attitude team player and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Whats on Offer:
Full-time Monday to Friday role based in our Cork head office.
Fixed-term contract from immediate start to early January.
