Job Summary
Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is seeking a Systems Analyst for a direct hire opportunity based in Washington DC.
Summary
The Systems Analyst acts as a strategic and technical liaison between Accounting IT and business stakeholders. This role supports and enhances financial systems (e.g. time & billing general ledger reporting) ensuring optimal performance data integrity and successful integrations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert and first-line support for financial systems (time entry billing GL AP reporting).
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Manage system configurations enhancements and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support implementation of new tools/modules and coordinate with vendors.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain data accuracy.
- Develop and maintain documentation user guides and training materials.
- Assist with integrations across platforms (HRIS DMS BI tools).
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Finance Accounting or related field.
- 3 years of experience as a systems/business analyst supporting financial systems (law firm/professional services experience preferred).
- Experience with Elite 3E Intapp Time or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of financial processes (billing GL reporting).
- Proficiency in SQL data analysis and system integrations.
