Overview
We are seeking an experienced aIDX Hospital Patient Accounting (HPA) trainer to support end-user training and adoption within a hospital billing office environment. This consultant will be responsible for delivering hands-on workflow-based training to back-office billing teams and ensuring strong competency in the HPA module.
This role is ideal for someone who has deep operational knowledge of hospital revenue cycle and billing workflows and has previously conducted system training or user support using the aIDX HPA platform.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver structured end-user training sessions on the aIDX HPA module focusing on back-end billing workflows and daily activities.
Support revenue cycle billing office staff in navigating understanding and applying HPA functionality to their work processes.
Develop or refine training materials job aids quick-reference guides and process documentation as needed.
Conduct onsite face-to-face training workshops during scheduled rollout periods.
Provide ongoing post-training support and reinforcement to ensure sustained system adoption.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to anticipate training needs and address skill gaps.
Report progress training attendance and user competency observations to leadership.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid role: Onsite presence required during key training periods (details provided during interview).
Interview process: Initial interview with the consulting partner team followed by client interview before selection.

Required Experience
Hands-on experience with aIDX Hospital Patient Accounting (HPA) required.
Prior experience delivering end-user training in a hospital or healthcare revenue cycle setting.
Strong understanding of hospital billing office workflows including billing claims remits adjustments and follow-up.
Excellent communication and instructional skills; able to interact with non-technical billing staff and leadership.
Ability to work onsite as needed for training sessions (hybrid role).
