Job Summary
Zone IT Solutions is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by addressing their inquiries resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in supporting our goal of delivering top-notch IT solutions and services.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise effective verbal communication and customer service skills to engage with candidates and clients.
- Manage a blended call environment (inbound and outbound) to support recruitment activities.
- Listen actively to candidates and understand their career goals and motivations.
- Communicate professionally and regularly with recruiters leadership and peers.
- Document all actions taken on each candidate record ensuring details such as contact information notes and follow-ups are up to date.
- Assist in achieving team targets for candidate engagement interviews and placements.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach be persuasive persistent and empathetic while supporting both candidates and clients.
- Demonstrate maturity honesty and integrity in all communications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role preferably in the IT or tech industry.
- Excellent communication and listening skills both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills you enjoy connecting with people.
- The ability to remain calm and empathetic in busy or challenging situations.
- A positive ethical and professional attitude with a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Good organisation and attention to detail able to maintain accurate records.
- Confidence and persistence in follow-ups and candidate engagement.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new tools quickly
