As an Associate Tender Analyst you will play a key role in providing administrative support to the Tender Team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a varied and challenging position within a global leader in healthcare technology.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Provide professional administrative support to the Polish Tender Team
- Review tender reports and distribute relevant documents to stakeholders
- Participate in all stages of the tender process
- Ensure proper circulation and subsequent archiving of tender documentation
- Sort and process incoming correspondence (emails) in accordance with internal requirements
- Participate in the procedure for ordering tender samples
- Enter data into corporate systems
- Support the contract workflow process
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Higher education / during studies - preferred fields of study: administration law economics marketing and management public health pharmacy)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
- English knowledge at B1 level
- Very good ability to organize own work
- Time management planning and tasks prioritization
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Commitment and internal motivation ability to work independently but also as a Team player
- Ability to work under time pressure and cope with the stress of ones own work and prioritize tasks.
