Job Summary
Service Professionals on the FA Compensation Service Desk serve as an expert point of contact for the field related to compensation-related inquiries. Inquiries may include JPN support credits inquiries system support navigation forms and policy compliance. Expert knowledge of compensation policies and procedures is required. We assist advisors and their support staff while performing the necessary due diligence to ensure requests conform with policies. This often means delving deeper into accounts/requests that what is initially presented. Able to provide World-Class customer service
Ability to work on multiple systems across multiple platforms
Professional written and verbal communication
Must be able to collaborate and work autonomously
