Inviting applications for the role of Principle Consultant SalesForce Engineer
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Engineer you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions that drive business success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements implement customizations and optimize our Salesforce environment to meet evolving business needs. This role requires a blend of technical expertise problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Design develop test and deploy custom solutions and integrations within the Salesforce platform utilizing Apex Visualforce Lightning Components and other Salesforce technologies.
Collaborate closely with business analysts product owners and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Document technical designs architecture and processes clearly and thoroughly to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.
Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications workflows and automations to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
Ensure data integrity security and compliance by implementing best practices and adhering to organizational policies.
Provide technical support troubleshooting and guidance to users and team members regarding Salesforce functionality and integration.
Stay current with Salesforce releases new features and industry best practices to recommend improvements and innovations.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
oBachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
oProven experience in Salesforce development including Apex Visualforce SOQL and Lightning Components.
oFamiliarity with Salesforce configuration administration and declarative tools (e.g. Process Builder Flow Workflow Rules).
oStrong understanding of Salesforce data modeling sharing rules and security architecture.
oExperience with Salesforce integrations using APIs middleware and third-party applications.
oExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document technical information for diverse audiences.
oAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
oSalesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer I/II Administrator) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
oExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
oKnowledge of other CRM platforms and integration tools.
oAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
