Your impact:

Lead group finance operations including reporting consolidation and controls.
Design and implement scalable systems and processes to support rapid growth.
Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives including M&A integration and commercial decision-making.
Translate financial data into actionable insight for executives and investors.
Build and mentor a high-performing finance team shaping culture and accountability.

Who you are:

A strategic finance leader with multi-entity or PE-backed experience.
Strong commercial acumen with a proven record of influencing business decisions.
Expertise in audit readiness controls and systems improvement.
A natural leader: experienced in mentoring building teams and driving accountability.
Motivated by the challenge of owning the build not inheriting legacy systems.
