Pay Rate: $38$43/hr
Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Provider Integration Specialist to oversee onboarding relocation and offboarding processes for healthcare providers. This role ensures smooth transitions by coordinating with medical staff leadership and operations teams to prepare providers for day-one readiness and support seamless practice integration.
Responsibilities:
Lead provider onboarding relocation and departure activities.
Collaborate with multiple departments to manage integration logistics and ensure timely completion of all requirements.
Drive process improvement and project management initiatives to enhance provider experience and operational efficiency.
Maintain strong communication and coordination across departments.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in a related field (Masters preferred).
5 years of healthcare project management or process improvement experience.
Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
Strong organizational leadership and communication skills.
Experience working directly with physicians or advanced practice providers preferred.
