Job Summary

Job Title: 2nd Shift Forging & Sawing Trainee (Contract-to-Hire)
Shift: 2PM11PM (may extend to 3PM1AM during busy periods)

About the Role:
We are seeking 12 motivated individuals to join our 2nd shift forging team. These are contract-to-hire positions with full training provided. Candidates will start as general labor and develop into specialized roles within forging or sawing operations.

Training Paths:

Forging Trainee

Learn operation of forging presses
Inspect part quality and dimensions
Assist with machine setup and adjustments

Sawing Trainee

Train on saw setup and operation
Learn material selection and billet quality checks
Handle related documentation and production paperwork

Requirements:

Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Dependable and safety-minded
Previous industrial or production experience a plus but not required

Schedule:

2nd Shift: 2PM11PM (may adjust to 3PM1AM during peak production)
