Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant Business Analyst-Commercial Lending Products (Loan IQ)
Lead the integration implementation and upgrade of LoanIQ and other proprietary technologies.

Responsibilities
Lead the integration implementation and upgrade of LoanIQ and other proprietary technologies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to understand core business problems and deliver optimal IT solutions.
Work closely with the QA team to ensure high product quality and promote efficient QA tools and techniques.
Engage in requirements gathering analysis design and validation.
Partner with technology leads to effectively deliver on business requirements.
Ensure all new solutions are scalable and adhere to high architectural standards.
Collaborate with the larger team to resolve implementation issues and validate solutions.
Act as the LoanIQ quality analyst for a large platform migration program & Upgrade analysing BRD/requirements and extracting testing requirements.
Work with Operation and Technology to drive the project delivery
Develop test strategies and test scenarios.
Identify automation opportunities and execute test scenarios for certification.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
BE/BTech/MCA in IT/Computer Science/Any Engineering discipline or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of LoanIQ product functionality.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Experience in the lending domain.
Experience with LoanIQ or proprietary/in-house commercial lending solutions.
Strong business/quality analysis and validation experience.
Ability to work with business analysts development managers architects infrastructure and other developers to analyze business requirements propose solutions and implement those solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in LoanIQ and other commercial lending platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with SQL and database management.
Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Familiarity with QA tools and techniques.
Ability to create detailed test plans and test cases.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
