Job Summary
Clerical customer service for warehouse MF 8:30pm-5pm $17.50 hour
Will track orders using Excel and WMS. Must have good Microsoft skills also good communication skills.
Track all orders from start to finish ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every stage of the process.
Maintain and update order tracking systems databases and SharePoint trackers with current status and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations logistics warehousing sales and customer service) to verify order details resolve discrepancies and confirm completion.
Pull and distribute tracking information (shipping confirmations carrier details proof of delivery) to relevant stakeholders.
Communicate order status proactively to management customers and partners as needed.
Must pass drug screen and criminal background check.
