The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) organization is seeking a Product Security Test & Evaluation EngineerLead to join our cyber test capability team in El Segundo CA; Huntington Beach CA; or Long Beach CA.

In addition to specific program responsibilities the successful candidate will be joining the growing BT&E Product Security Engineering Capability. They will be joining a team of advanced Product Security Engineers from across the Boeing Enterprise collaboratively developing best practices techniques and tools while fostering a community that enhances our ability to deliver exceptional value to our customers.

BT&E is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Mid-Level and Senior level Product Security Test Engineers.

Position Responsibilities Include:

• Lead the planning and development of cyber test events for space avionics systems.

• Leverage software and/or systems engineering experience to build new testing tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and requirements.

• Develop and maintain test documentation including test plans procedures and reports.

• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for product improvements and risk mitigation.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology) chemistry physics mathematics data science or computer science

• 3 years of experience in penetration testing and/or systems testing (e.g. development integration testing).

• 3 years of experience within the aerospace or avionics industry

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 3 years of experience in software engineering

• 5 years of experience in with avionics

• 5 years of experience in Network System Testing

• 5 years of experience in Space Systems Testing and/or Spacecraft communication/navigation systems

• 5 years of experience in Space Ground Systems

• Experience in developing and executing test plans procedures and reports

• Experience with embedded systems

• Experience with automated testing tools and methodologies
