- Walk customers through the process and set clear expectations
- Supervise pack-outs deliveries and jobsite workflow
- Coordinate scheduling and work orders
- Use RMS and Assured PackOut to track progress and document details
- Approve job invoices and support billing accuracy
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Solid time management and attention to detail
- Comfort using software and learning new tech
- Ability to climb ladders and work in post-disaster environments
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Bilingual a plus but not required
