Job Summary:
Village Caregiving a reputable in-home care company located in Paris Tennessee is seeking a HOME HEALTH AIDE to join our team. As a HOME HEALTH AIDEyou will be responsible for providing direct patient care in the patients home ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the patient. This is an individual contributor role that requires a compassionate responsible and dedicated individual.

- Pay Rate: $15-17/Hour
- Paid Training including CPR Certification
- 401K with Company Match

HOME HEALTH AIDEResponsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing grooming and dressing
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Help residents with mobility by transferring and positioning them safely
- Record and maintain accurate documentation of residents care and daily activities
- Assist with feeding residents and providing hydration
- Communicate effectively with residents their families and healthcare team members
HOME HEALTH AIDERequirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferably in-home care experience
- Ability to lift push and pull up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate patient and empathetic nature
- Flexibility to work weekends & holidays as needed
- Must pass a background check
