Pay Range:$17-$18 Per Hour

The PDI Apprentice Technician is a position in training. The position will learn how to inspect and prepare newly acquired vehicles to be front-line ready.

Responsibilities:
Inspect all lubrication levels and add proper lubrication as required.
Inspect all new vehicles for obvious damages and missing components.
Replace defective items according to specifications.
Test-drive vehicles to ensure proper operation of brakes transmission and engine operation.
Activate power equipment such as electric windows seats radio horn lights and directional signals to ensure specified operating standards.
Able to touch up any minor chips and scratches on paint.
Install optional equipment specified such as outside mirrors rugs and seat covers.
Install or replace standard components such as hubcaps and wiper blades.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
ASE and OEM certification preferred.
Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license.
Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
