A Day in the Life
We are looking for a proactive motivated and attentive individual willing to join Offer & Contracting Operations Team in a multinational and open-minded environment.The purpose of this role is to support Sales Representatives with deal creation on Vendavo platform and deals mass-management aligned to established rules.
The objective of the activities is to maintain price continuity and avoid double pricing to achieve data transparency in the system.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Entering prices confirmed by Sales Representatives into Vendavo using predefined tools
- Maintaining high quality of processed data with the use of Vendavo SAP ServiceNOW
- Preparing PDF offers reports and other data sets as required
- Maintaining general controls over the integrity and security of all pricing and contract information
- Prioritizing according to workload and SLAs
- Achieving defined KPIs
- Establishing strong working relationships with local Sales and Pricing Team
- Resolving complex issues.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor Education or equivalent experience finance economy
- German language skills at C1 level
- English language skills at minimum B2 level
- System minded: MS package including Excel outlook
- Previous experience in pricing or analytical or financial institution and/or process driven back office 1 year experience minimum required
- Good communication skills (oral and written) good listener articulating clear messages appropriately to targeted audience
- Analytical strengths and the ability to understand complex issues.
Preferably the candidate should have prior experience with SAP ERP tools Vendavo and ServiceNow. They should be solution-driven and customer-focused demonstrate strong teamwork skills and be capable of working independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain high performance under pressure and adapt effectively to change.
