Job Summary
Job Overview
Under guidance oversees the day to day operations of a team of Data Collectors in the field.
Essential Functions
Recruit physicians and other primary healthcare professionals to collect primary data.
Perform interviews in local language.
Build long term relationships with physicians and other primary healthcare professionals.
Complete administrative tasks related to data collection such as time management reporting etc.
Provide support and guidance on existing projects and studies for more junior staff and provide coaching for more junior staff in their roles.
Act as an ambassador for the company to external contacts including physicians and other stakeholders
Act as the main point of contact internally for physician and healthcare professional queries
Monitor key metrics for quality speed and efficiency to drive internal and external client satisfaction.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent Req
1 to 2 years of experience in Primary Market Research Req
Analytic and creative problem solving skills

The potential base pay range for this role when annualized is zł75400.00 - zł140000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered incentive plans bonuses and/or other forms of compensation may be offered in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Required Experience:
