Job Summary
Senior ETL QA (Data Power BI)Role OverviewThe Onsite Senior ETL QA will lead quality assurance efforts for data platforms and Power BI solutions ensuring accuracy reliability and compliance across MDM ETL and reporting layers. This role involves defining test strategies mentoring junior QA engineers and collaborating with onshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a global delivery ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement comprehensive QA strategies for data pipelines MDM outputs and Power BI functional regression and performance testing for large-scale data and BI complex data transformations DAX calculations KPIs and visualization automated testing frameworks for data quality and BI validation where and approve test plans cases and scripts prepared by junior QA with architects developers and business analysts to ensure alignment with defects provide root cause analysis and drive resolution with development adherence to data governance security and compliance standards during QA and guide offshore QA team members ensuring best practices and continuous Skills & Experience8 to12 years of experience in QA for data platforms and BI solutions with leadership expertise in SQL for data validation and ETL -on experience with Power BI testing including advanced DAX and performance with Informatica MDM data flows and AWS-based data in test automation tools for data and BI validation (e.g. Selenium PyTest or custom frameworks).Excellent communication skills for offshore/onshore coordination and stakeholder of P&C Insurance domain is highly desirable..
