EisnerAmper is looking to hire a Director to join its Risk and Compliance Services practice as a dedicated member of the Digital Security team. The Risk and Compliance Services Digital Security team drives value by delivering a range of risk advisory investigative and technology solutions rooted in cyber threat intelligence open source data and technical expertise.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

We are seeking someone who thrives in an innovative environment with a demonstrated history of developing and scaling cyber security technical solutions while providing clients with the following exceptional services:

  • Work on designing insider threat programs cyber-fraud fusion programs digital executive protection solutions and investigating counterintelligence matters with open-source data for large to mid-cap size enterprises

  • Design and implement fully automated technical solutions to solve complex client problems

  • Solve complex investigative matters and provide litigation support services for inside and outside counsel

  • Identify and implement appropriate machine learning solutions for client to scale into enterprise adoption

  • Maintain client relationships and tailor the engagement and technical solutions to meet the clients needs and expectations

  • Play a visible leadership role during client engagements: develop strategy and deliver solutions while managing up down and outward

  • Install structure and excellence over strategic client projects

  • Manage diligently your priorities budget/timing and workload while providing oversight and development to staff during client engagements

  • Build client confidence and participate in client relationship and business development activities such as identifying new opportunities and preparing proposals in response to client needs

  • Lead assessments of clients security posture including but not limited to assessments of compliance with NSAs SCAs NIST frameworks COSO and other security standards

  • Supervise train and mentor staff and seniors

Basic Qualifications:

  • 20 years of cybersecurity experience specifically in the cyber threat intelligence domain

  • Bachelors degree in Business Accounting/Finance Computer Science MIS or other IT or Cybersecurity-related field of study

  • 15 years of experience working in a security sales engineer role with a demonstrated history of successfully selling to large enterprises while managing client experience throughout the life cycle of the engagement

  • Non-Dual U.S. citizenship

  • Willingness to travel domestically/overseas 10-25% of the time if required

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters degree or related cyber security certification in related fields such as Business Economics Finance Statistics/Analytics National Security MIS or other IT/Cybersecurity-related field of study or J.D.

  • Advanced knowledge of technologies software-driven security technologies and cyber threat intelligence providers

  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence and data modeling

  • Ability to identify/determine that structures are in place to identify sophisticated cyber threats while focusing on strict compliance mandates
