As a Personal Care Director you will be responsible for hiring training coaching and supervising caregivers working in the Personal Care Assisted Living area of the community. Staffing scheduling daily review of staffing hours and payroll. Maintaining program standards in excess of license regulations.

Job Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in Assisted Living or memory care
- LPN Required
- Proven survey history
- Exceptional knowledge of State Regulations
- Proven Leader
- Team Builder
- Experienced Educator
- Excellent computer skills with Word Excel and online systems
- Great communication skills
