Job Summary

Position: LPN/CMA

Employment Status: Full-Time

Location: Keystone Behavioral Health
Schedule:
Monday through Friday No weekends no holidays

Keystone Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our compassionate and collaborative team. We are committed to fostering a positive and supportive work environment that promotes work-life balance while delivering high-quality behavioral health care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process medication requests (online and walk-in) and perform medication reconciliation.
  • Assist with prior authorizations and ensure completion of Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) checks in coordination with providers.
  • Handle administrative tasks including phone calls medical record requests for new patients referral tracking and lab/diagnosis tracking.
  • Float to support other nursing staff as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Preferred:Experience in behavioral health and familiarity with electronic medical records. Spanish-speaking skills a plus but not required

Licensure & Certifications:

LPN Applicants:

  • Current LPN license
  • Current CPR/BLS certification

CMA Applicants:

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assisting program
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
