The Munich Marriott City West sets new benchmarks and standards in meetings & events. The upscale concept includes the Italian Assoluto restaurant & Vineria with open show kitchen the Assoluto Deli and the westhub Lounge & Bar offering an outstanding culinary offering combined with warm hospitality in a stylish ambience. Who we are looking for...

You are a host in everything you do and know exactly what makes a stay special. You lead your night team with structure and heart and motivate your employees to give their best every day. You playfully juggle the many different requests demands and events that happen every day at the front office and always have the guests and your team in mind. As a real organizational talent and with your creative personality you always come up with fantastic ideas to inspire our guests.

What your responsibilities are...

  • You are responsible for the complete Guest Journey i.e. from the receipt of the booking preparation arrival stay up to departure and billing.
  • You are responsible for the professional night shift at the reception including the night shift and the end of the day.
  • You are familiar with digital hotel systems have your finger on the pulse of digital developments and pass this on to your team
  • You find new ways to make the Guest Journey even more personal and at the same time more efficient
  • You control bookings and group invoices
  • You prepare reports and statistics for the accounting department
  • You make regular security rounds check entrances and exits and make sure that all escape routes are clear and accessible.
  • You facilitate clear and professional communication with other departments such as housekeeping accounting etc....
  • You are present with guests interested in their experience and are a professional in complaint management
  • You create analyses and reports in the area of guest satisfaction and find ways to increase it
  • You will be responsible for the administrative and operational management of the night team working hand in hand with the Front Office Manager.
  • You are responsible for the further development of your team and the trainees and enjoy passing on your extensive knowledge
  • You provide new team members with a professional induction and a motivating working atmosphere
  • You are a real team player with all hotel departments and the leadership team

  • You have at least 2 years of relevant management experience at the front office in the hotel industry
  • You have a fantastic appearance are charming and convince with your professionalism
  • You are an experienced leader who is empathetic to your team
  • You are a communication talent with very good German and English skills
  • Your winning appearance your can-do attitude and hands-on mentality are a natural part of your personality
  • Your willingness to perform inspires your team to peak performance and as a true team player you professionally support the Leadership Team with your expertise in word and deed
  • Your enthusiasm to share your knowledge with your team and trainees is contagious!
  • You have a work permit for the EU/Germany
