About the role
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Engineer with a Network Strategic Planning focus to join our Network Planning and Development team. Ideally this role will be based within Essential Energys Northern NSW planning area footprint. This Northern NSW planning footprint extends from Bulahdelah to Tweed Heads and out through regional NSW to Cobar.
As our Senior Engineer for Network Strategic Planning you will join an experienced capable and supportive team that is at the forefront of shaping the network into what it needs to be for the future. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our other Senior Engineering specialist and Network Planners solve emerging and traditional network issues implement new technologies provide leadership for your focus area of strategic planning and see your decisions turn into real world solutions for the network and our customers.
Key responsibilities include developing consistent processes templates and policies and supporting our Planners to produce high-quality strategic plans and business cases within required addition the roles is responsible for providing leadership in strategic planning within the Network Planning team including:
