Tarkett has a great opportunity for a HRIS Analyst (Remote)
We are looking for a HRIS Analyst to join our talented team. This role will support the maintenance of the human resource management systems (Workday & ADP Workforce Manager). This position serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity testing of system changes report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Analyst also supports Integrations between HRIS systems and vendors HRIS upgrades changes testing and other technical projects as assigned.
Job Responsibilities:
- This role is responsible for the daily support maintenance and development of Tarketts HRIS systems (Workday and ADP Workforce Manager)
- Designs implements and analyzes reports to determine the overall trends of the organizations
- Manages maintains and supports system integrations between Workday and Time & Attendance Payroll and Benefit platforms
- Significantly contributes to complex aspects of projects
- Supports all aspects (project planning system configuration testing and post go-live support) for the HRIS system (Workday) specifically the Payroll Benefits module Time & Attendance (ADP Workforce Manager) and Reporting modules
- Prepare all reporting requests including Ad hoc requests Government Reporting Developing Dashboards (Workday) and regular frequency reporting
- Recommends/implements enhancements in related functional areas of Workday by preparing project plans gaining cross functional support system configuration testing and issue resolution
- Ensures all changes and enhancements are well documented utilizing best practices to ensure version control and standard naming conventions strategies are employed
- Performs additional duties and projects as assigned

Experience & Education Desired:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 4 years of HRIS experience and currently certified in Workday is a plus
- Track record of strong business partnership and cross functional collaboration within a dynamic fast paced environment; a strategic leader who takes initiative and ownership
- Ability to effectively conduct virtual presentations and training sessions
