Job Summary
As a BED Engineer youll play a critical role in developing Channels features that drive the game plan and operational requirements of our B2B organisation.
- Develop and sustain our powerful platform taking ownership of features essential to Wixs strategic growth in B2B
- Be a part of B2B developers and gain access to seniors that will help you grow your development skills on one end and on the other be a single BED of a product for Channels starting it from scratch. You will be a part of development cycle from preemptive (design reviews) and corrective (post mortems) discussions
- Work together with number of stakeholders from within the Channels company and Wix different companies on different features
- Help shape the product - as developers crafting a product for developers were encouraged to voice our opinions
Qualifications :
- Youre a Software Engineer with 3 years of experience passionate about development
- You are eager to learn and continually improve your skills
- You are not afraid to jump into existing large repos and figure out your way around it
- You are in a startup state of mind like us you will help our team get to the business goals both short- and long-term. Like startups not all prerequisites are done before you start development and you can understand it
- You possess a critical thinking and problem solving skills and are seasoned in conflict resolution
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in the cross-functional teams with product managers and other stakeholders.

About the Team
We are Wixs Strategic Channels Partnerships team. We ideate define and execute Wixs strategic collaborations with other market leading enterprises enabling their customers to access Wixs platform to build their online presence and visa versa - expose Wix users to meaningful offerings of the partners product as part of the Wix platform. We work with every major group at Wix to create meaningful products and adapt Wixs products and journeys to make these large-scale partnerships successful.
