Position Overview: As a Learning and Development Intern you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of learning initiatives within the ICS Department. This internship offers hands-on experience developing engaging training content coordinating workshops and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the employee learning experience. You will gain practical exposure to the full learning lifecycle while contributing to high-impact projects such as the Area Day-in-the-Life series Product Show and Tell series Orientation and AI Literacy training.
You should be currently enrolled in or within in year of your graduation date from a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
Internship is for current temple worthy members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
Strong interest in learning and development organizational development or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative.
Basic knowledge of instructional design principles is a plus.
Familiarity with e-learning tools and platforms is advantageous.
Work Schedule: This is a 40 hour per week internship that is expected to last approximately 12 months. Internships will start January of 2026. Normal office hours are between 8:00 am-5:00 pm Monday through Friday. This will work a hybrid schedule some days in office some days from home.
