How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:
- Perform testing validation troubleshooting and manufacturing processes in concert with design engineers
- Take part in fabrication activates for lift prop manufacturing
- Build cool things! We are all passionate makers and builders
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or a degree in a related field is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently with a strong sense of responsibility
- Hands on fabrication of hardware
- Process tracking of manufacturing workflows
Above and Beyond Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related technical subject area
- Background in aerospace industry applications
- Mechanical experience including familiarity with A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) practices or similar hands-on technical skills

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision color vision and the ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts fumes airborne particles toxic or caustic chemicals risk of electrical shock and explosives. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate however in some instances this job may require work in areas where ear protection is necessary.
$26 - $35 an hour
