Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing technical products communicating with stakeholders and analyzing data to optimize business processes.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel SQL Management Studio
- Basic knowledge of programming languages SQL Python
- Proficiency in English enabling fluent business communication both verbally and in writing
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with stakeholder groups of varying levels of knowledge and engagement including presenting complex concepts in an understandable manner for each group
- Professional approach to investigating customer needs and expectations through skillful questioning and analysis
- Ability to identify trends and patterns and generate useful information for stakeholders and the program
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and needs including negotiating and proposing solutions
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in the project
- Ability to draw conclusions based on data.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of business process modeling for visualization and optimization
- Experience working with data visualization tools such as PowerBI
- Familiarity with tools like Visual Studio Azure DevOps
- Knowledge and practical experience with project management methodologies including Scrum Waterfall.
Additional Information :
Hybrid work - 2 days from the office per week (Warsaw Poznań Katowice Łódź or Lublin).
