Job Summary
Your impact
You will be part of a high-impact team that solves complex analytical challenges across Enpals finance and operations landscape. Youll deep dive into data uncover insights and help drive clarity in fast-moving situations that shape business performance.
What youll do
- Analyze and interpret financial and operational data to support decision-making
- Lead deep-dive investigations into performance deviations or data inconsistencies
- Build and improve dashboards models and reporting structures for leadership visibility
- Collaborate with teams across Finance Operations and Strategy to resolve urgent analytical issues
Qualifications :
- 2 years of experience in consulting or a high-growth scale-up
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with an appetite for diving into data
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI Tableau Looker) is a plus
- Independent structured and comfortable working on fast-moving high-stakes topics
- Fluent in English (German a strong plus)
