Applicants must be 21 years or older. Must have open availability.

Position: Cashier/Associate on Graveyard shift

Wage: $18.65 per hour

Scheduling: Four 10-hour shifts 40 hours per week

Location: River Rock Tobacco & Fuel off of Exit 210

Job Duties:

Follow compliance with register operations policies and procedures
Enforce compliance for age restricted sales
Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer maintaining outstanding standards solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service
Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements
Accurately and efficiently ring up customers on registers and accurately maintain all cash and paperwork at the registers
Communicate customer requests to management
Maintain orderly appearance of register area and supplies stocked
Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
Be compliant with established store policies and standards such as safekeeping funds and property personnel practices security sales and record-keeping procedure

Position Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required or be willing to obtain one within a two year period.
Basic math knowledge.
Customer service experience preferred. Cash handling not required but considered a plus!
Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug test (pre-hire drug test does not test for THC).
