Location Details: India Remote

This is a remote position so youll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

Based in India you will play a pivotal role in crafting the future of our ServiceNow platform ensuring its seamless integration and exceptional performance!
What youll get to do...
- Build customised applications modules workflows and integrations in ServiceNow to meet complex business needs
- Configure fields forms client scripts UI policies business rules and other ServiceNow objects while adhering to development standards
- Connect ServiceNow with third-party systems and APIs for seamless data exchange and improved platform performance
- Partner with cross-functional teams including developers QA DevOps architects and business units like IT HR and Finance to align requirements offer technical mentorship and drive adoption
- Troubleshoot resolve issues and optimise ServiceNows performance scalability and stability through proactive maintenance
- Maintain detailed technical documentation apply version control and enforce coding standards and guidelines
Your experience should include...
- 5 years of proven experience in ServiceNow development and implementation with deep knowledge of core modules including Incident Problem Change Service Catalog CMDB and Asset Management
- Hands-on experience crafting and developing custom ServiceNow solutions such as prioritised applications Angular/React components and REST APIs
- Skilled in JavaScript HTML/CSS and other scripting languages with experience integrating ServiceNow into GitHub Actions pipelines and managing version control through GitHub
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices applying ITIL/ITSM frameworks to ensure efficient delivery and alignment with organisational processes
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues optimise performance and maintain high-quality standards while mentoring junior developers and managing multiple priorities independently
You might also have...
- Knowledge of additional ServiceNow products such as ITOM HR Service Delivery or Security Operations
- Familiarity with AWS
- Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer
