The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.
What will you be doing
Creates pricing proposals in close collaboration with Sales and Strategic Account Managers including custom and templated deliverables vehicle and lease quotes and bid pricing matrices
Meets proposal deadline by establishing priorities and target dates for information and inputting gathering review and submission; coordinating requirements with contributors
Owns and facilitates creation of lease quotes (open end quotes for prospect)
Owns and facilitates generation of vehicle life cycle analyses
Contributes to RFP responses and sales proposals
Provides consultative support to Sales team by sharing successes industry and competitor knowledge gained from previous work and due diligence
Demonstrates ongoing proficiency in subject matter knowledge including ARI and Holman organization products and services sales process and strategy as well as industry and competitive differentiation.
Cross-trains with department on other tasks; performs other duties and special projects as assigned by management
Ensures 100% compliance with deadlines and submission requirements.
Exhibits consistent quality of work including strong attention to detail and accuracy.
What are we looking for
Bachelors degree or industry-related experience
Must have excellent skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
1-3 years of data analyses or consultative customer service experience preferred
Professional business writing experience is preferred
Experience with sales administration preferred
Experience with fleet and lease rates preferred
Experience with Upland Qvidian (or other RFP software)

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills experience relevant education or training and geographic location starting in the range of $52870.00 - $75335.00 USD annually for full time employees.
