Reinsurance Credit Control Operations Specialist (Fiduciary)
We will rely on you to:
Lead the issuance of statements collection of receivables and payment of payables to ensure the timely recovery of outstanding fiduciary balances.
Manage personal cash processing and fiduciary targets utilizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor accounts with advanced complexity and facilitate accurate reporting through the Client Support Services (CSS) Dashboard and other system tools.
Managed assigned portfolio of Market/Client accounts ensuring all deadlines and time-sensitive activitiessuch as cash allocation brokerage and billing collections and resolution of fiduciary exposuresare met within established parameters. This includes handling accounts with a high degree of complexity.
Maintain regular proactive communication with Market/Client contacts to resolve complex payment and collection issues efficiently.
Analyze detailed collection and remittance data to support Request for Proposal (RFP) processes and identify sales opportunities.
Lead initiatives to gather input for evolving the operational model at advanced organizational levels driving process improvements through innovative technology solutions.
Build and sustain strategic relationships with Brokers Clients and Markets to understand challenges resolve queries review working practices and contribute to business growth.
Facilitate strategic team meetings and activities to encourage the exchange of ideas knowledge sharing and collaborative problem-solving fostering continuous team development and learning.
What you need to have:
Proven experience in credit control within the reinsurance sector.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage workload while balancing and managing the expectations of clients and stakeholders.
Strong skills in engaging influencing and negotiating professionally with clients market contacts and colleagues.
Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel and PowerPoint.
