Your role will involve maintaining data standards conducting research cleansing de-duplication and enforcing best practices. Join us in shaping the future of data management!

Accountabilities:

As an Associate Data Steward youll be responsible formanually updating the attributes of Alexion records to improve core data such asreachingusers to get proof and updating provider affiliation information via DCR.

Process Data Change Requests related to Health Care Master data (Health Care Professionals Health Care Organizations)based on their validation from various external sources.(Eg.Google searchexternal Databases).

Conduct matching and merging of HCMrecords.

Identifyplanand implement data quality initiatives.

Closelycollaborate with CommercialOrganizationbusiness users to understand and meet their requirements related to data availabilitycompletenessand quality.

Review and update Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions to ensure they adhere to current business needsprocessesand data standards.

Perform mass data uploads data cleansingenrichmentand updates.

ProvideAd-Hoc Data Analysis and Data Extracts.

Maintain CRM and MDM aligned inHCMData: Monitor the flow of data between MDMCRMand other databases for accuracy and data quality.

Mentor and provide training to less experienced team members.

Follow data quality rules and processes to remove duplicate data cleanse inaccurate data standardize data entries and schedule data analysis reports.

Plan the priority areas of improvement and any tools needed to support data quality programs (e.g.reporting) and develop a cadence of regular database maintenance.

Be part of initiatives tobegin toautomate recurring data quality tasks and streamline/standardize dimensions needed for reporting and analysis.

Essential Skills/Experience:

2-5 years of experience in a similar role preferably from Pharma Industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge on databases and database concepts SQL analytical tools
Familiarity with MS Office Tools Word Excel PowerPoint and PowerBi
Basic project management skills and should be detail oriented
Capable of managing multiple projects/requests simultaneously
Work in teams Collaborate and ensure Compliance
Basic to limited exposure to issue/ticket management and/or tracking tools (ex: JIRA ServiceNow)

Desirable Skills/Experience:

Exposure to MDM tools and systems Informatica Veeva
High proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying
Familiarity with tools like Veeva Network Veeva CRM Veeva Align PowerBI Snowflake Jira
Industry Data knowledge OneKey Veeva Open Data Definitive Health Care data Payer Data etc.
