About the role:

Clutch is looking for a Shuttler to join our Dealer & Wholesale Operationsteam! You could be a good fit if you are hard working organized and driven with a keen attention to detail.

Work Schedule:

This is a 6-month full-time employment (5 days per week)
Work shift: 8:00AM - 4:30PM
Work schedule: Monday - Friday and some Sunday depending on the shift flexibility required with scheduling

What youll do:

Moving vehicles as directed by dispatcher.
Maintaining a neat and orderly grounds and staging lot.
Pick-up and delivery of vehicles from storage and other dealerships.
Drive vehicles to and from service lane service stalls and parking lot as needed.
Make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles.
Maintain accurate logistics and inventory records including vehicle status documentation and system updates using manual and computerized systems.
Inspect vehicles to verify condition documentation accuracy and readiness for transport or sale.
Weather related lot and vehicle clean up when necessary.
Special projects and other functions may be assigned.

Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends
Positive attitude can-do mentality confident outgoing personality eagerness to improve
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
Valid G drivers license and clean driving record
Ability to drive manual transmission
