About the role:

Clutch is looking for a Shuttler to join our Dealer & Wholesale Operationsteam! You could be a good fit if you are hard working organized and driven with a keen attention to detail.

Work Schedule:

  • This is a 6-month full-time employment (5 days per week)
  • Work shift: 8:00AM - 4:30PM
  • Work schedule: Monday - Friday and some Sunday depending on the shift flexibility required with scheduling

What youll do:

  • Moving vehicles as directed by dispatcher.
  • Maintaining a neat and orderly grounds and staging lot.
  • Pick-up and delivery of vehicles from storage and other dealerships.
  • Drive vehicles to and from service lane service stalls and parking lot as needed.
  • Make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles.
  • Maintain accurate logistics and inventory records including vehicle status documentation and system updates using manual and computerized systems.
  • Inspect vehicles to verify condition documentation accuracy and readiness for transport or sale.
  • Weather related lot and vehicle clean up when necessary.
  • Special projects and other functions may be assigned.

  • Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends
  • Positive attitude can-do mentality confident outgoing personality eagerness to improve
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
  • Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
  • Valid G drivers license and clean driving record
  • Ability to drive manual transmission
