Job Summary
SunSource and its family of companies represent 200 locations and 3000 employees making up one of North Americas leading value-add industrial distribution companies. We provide customers with products and solutions within Fluid Power Fluid Process Fluid Conveyance General Industrial Components and Industrial Service & Repair.
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in Addison IL. In this role youll drive recruitment efforts for our Industrial Sales teams partnering closely with leaders to attract and hire top talent. Youll be part of a high-performing recruiting team that plays a visible strategic role in the companys success.
Please note this role is ONSITE in Addison IL
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of recruiting experience ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization skills a high sense of urgency and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
- Ability to learn and leverage an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- A hunter mentality with a competitive drive for successboth individually and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree.
- Prior experience recruiting industrial sales professionals in a similar industry is a great plus!
- Agency recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting in industrial manufacturing or distribution settings.
- Familiarity with advanced sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter ZoomInfo or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance in recruiting.

$55000 - $65000 a year
plus performance based incentive
